Day 1: Your World Is Not Social Media

Welcome to day one of Business Vacation.

This is THE series that shows you how to set up your business to sell itself in 15 days.

Let’s talk about what you need to do before you can flick the switch and turn your business into a sales machine.

And it all starts with your world.

Before we can turn your business into the force of 15 salespeople you never have to speak to, remember their birthdays, or be responsible for, you need eyes on your offer.

There’s no point in writing emails, wrangling tech for a half-decent sales page, or thought-leading posts unless people are reading them.

So the first step in setting your business up to sell itself is to get people into your world.

And just in case you thought your world was social media, let me just facepalm myself.

Your world is your sales funnel.

Welcome to a new way of running your business.

A way that gives you continuous cash flow.

A way where warm, qualified leads voluntarily seek you out, wanting to work with you.

A way that allows you to build rapport quicker than ever.

It’s the evergreen way.

It’s simple.

Here’s how it works 👇

Free opt-in —> welcome series —> sales pitch —> sales page —> get client.

This humble sales path gets you lucrative.

And yes, that sounds very cute written out in one line like I’m drawing business strategy with a crayon.

But it works.

One of my clients, Lottie, used this exact kind of path — opt-in pages, email sequences, sales pages, and ads — and made £37k in one quarter with a ROAS of 7.

Meaning for every £1k she spent on ads, she made £7k in revenue.

And because the sales path was doing the heavy lifting, she did that while spending 10 days in Turkey and staying home with her two girls while they had chicken pox.

Business Vacation double whammy.

The point is not that you never work again. The point is your business should not stop selling the second you stop actively pushing it.

And the quickest, most automated way to get people into your sales path is by running ads.

Because ads stop you relying on your own energy to be visible every single day.

Instead of posting and hoping the right person sees it, you can put the right message in front of the right people and send them into a path that knows what to do with them.

That’s the bit most people miss.

The post is not the business.

Social media is not your sales path.

It’s one way people find the door. And it's my favourite way.

But once they walk through it, something needs to happen next.

That’s what we’re building over the next 15 days: the path that takes someone from first click to genuine buying momentum, without you having to be there every second of the day explaining, convincing, chasing, following up, and keeping the whole thing alive with your bare hands.
